On the international front, according to the International Monetary Fund's World Economic Outlook, the dynamics of global economic activity remain largely stable, set against a backdrop of persistent inflationary pressures, particularly in service prices. In this context, global economic growth is projected to hover around 3.2% in 2024 and 3.3% in 2025.

Regarding global inflation dynamics, the IMF's projections indicate that the pace of disinflation is expected to gradually decelerate in advanced economies during 2024 and 2025.

In July 2024, financial markets exhibited a broad downward trend, contrasting sharply with the upward momentum observed in the previous month. In response to these inflationary pressures, central banks in major advanced economies adopted a more cautious stance regarding the pace of normalization of their accommodative monetary policies, which stands in contrast to their more resolutely hawkish orientation at the end of the first quarter of 2024.
